Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use cloudjacked. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One person or legal entity per account — sharing accounts is not permitted.

cloudjacked lets you publish images and captions to social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook) from your desktop. We act as a conduit — you provide the content and authorize us to post on your behalf through each platform's official API.

You own the content you publish through cloudjacked. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to temporarily store and transmit your images and captions solely for the purpose of publishing them to your selected platforms.

You agree not to use cloudjacked to publish content that:

• Violates any law or the terms of service of the destination platform.
• Infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive material.
• Harasses, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.

When you connect a social account you are also bound by that platform's terms. If Instagram or Facebook restricts or revokes access to their API, certain features of cloudjacked may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms.

cloudjacked offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($9/month) or annually ($72/year) through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from the app settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time. We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until their next renewal after the change takes effect.

Free accounts are limited to 5 posts per month, 1 connected account, and 1 hashtag preset. Posts on the free tier include a small cloudjacked watermark. These limits may change at our discretion.

We aim to keep cloudjacked available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages, and unforeseen issues may cause downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

The cloudjacked name, logo, and application code are our property. These terms do not grant you any rights to our branding or intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service as intended.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cloudjacked is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, failed posts, or suspended social media accounts.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the Service, or engage in activity that harms other users. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state in which our principal place of business is located.
